Several changes have been scheduled to take effect on January 3, 2021 (unless otherwise noted). TTC will be restoring pre-pandemic service levels on most routes. Some routes will continue to operate at a reduced level due to observed and projected ridership. This will allow for continued allocation of flexible-supplemental service to adjust to changing conditions and travel demands. Subway service will continue to operate at reduced levels, as ridership is not expected to recover until later in 2021.

Ridership and travel patterns will be monitored in early 2021 to guide service changes in spring 2021 as the city continues its reopening and recovery.
